2. Stencils Are Consumed When Generated

Each stencil uses paid processing the moment it runs. Refund requests are reviewed with usage in mind, and requests for billing periods or packs where stencils have already been generated may be declined or partially refunded.

3. Abuse

Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of refund abuse, such as repeated sign-up and refund cycles.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Billing stops and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@stencilmind.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We review every request with you directly. You can also contact Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, through the link in your receipt email.
